Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Ecomarray, we are committed to delivering top-notch e-commerce management services. We understand that sometimes circumstances can change, and we prioritize handling cancellations and refunds with clarity and fairness.

Service Cancellation

  • Before Project Commencement: Clients may cancel their service request within 7 days of payment, while keeping in mind that project work has not started. In such cases, a full refund will be issued, excluding a fixed onboarding fee of ₹5,000+Gst@%
  • After Project Commencement: If the project has already started (e.g., strategy planning, meetings, implementation), cancellation requests will be approved on a case-by-case basis. Partial refunds may be granted based on the completed work, subject to managerial approval.
  • Monthly Packages: Cancellations for monthly packages are not eligible for refunds once the service period has begun.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are considered under the following conditions:

  • Service Quality Issues: If the client is dissatisfied with the service quality and reports the issue within 15 days for the quarterly package or 5 days for the monthly package.
  • Non-Delivery of Services: If services have not been initiated within 7 working days of payment without valid justification.
  • Duplicate Payments: In cases where duplicate payments have been made.

To process a refund, clients must:

  1. Provide a written request detailing the reason for the refund.
  2. Submit proof of payment and any related invoices.
  3. Acknowledge and accept the deduction of the fixed onboarding fee and any applicable charges for work already completed.

Refund Processing

  • Approval: All refund requests are subject to managerial review and approval.
  • Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days and credited to the original payment method.
  • Communication: Clients will be notified via email regarding the status of their refund request.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Change of mind or business strategy after service initiation.
  • Delay caused by the client's failure to provide necessary information or approvals.
  • Violation of our terms and conditions.
  • Use of derogatory language or behaviour towards our team.
  • Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics) that hinder service delivery.

Future Service Credits

In exceptional cases where a refund is not possible, we may offer service credits that can be utilized for future projects with us.
