Our Role

We act as facilitators between your business and your customers by managing your online store's operations. This includes tasks such as:

Setting up and managing your eCommerce platform.
Optimizing product listings and descriptions.
Implementing digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales.
Analyzing performance metrics to improve store efficiency.

While we handle the digital aspects of your eCommerce business, the responsibility for product fulfillment and shipping lies with you or your chosen logistics provider.

Shipping Responsibilities

As we do not handle physical products, we are not involved in:

Warehousing or inventory management.
Order fulfillment or packaging.
Shipping or delivery logistics.
Handling returns or exchanges of physical goods.

All shipping-related activities should be managed by your in-house team or third-party logistics partners.
